Absolutely, the worst surveyor you could spend money on. I asked him to stake out the yard , he had 10 fiberglass Poles and only use 2, spent 15 minutes here and charged $750 for a 2.5 acre pre-marked yard. He complained about having to walk the 4 corners of my yard with A metal detector saying that's your point. This individual charges more than anybody else around stating, he's been in this business for 15 years in this area and because of that, you owe him.
