Have always had great customer service inside the bank prior to the Covid-19 virus. I must say this bank has excellant adaptable employees. Excellant customer service continues at the drive-thru.. Ms. Hall the BM and tellers always available and efficient.

I wish that I could like this location because it is extremely convenient to my house. However, every time that I go through the drive thru the girl in the window never says a word to me. As a matter of fact, 5 minutes ago I sat in the outer lane for 15 minutes and she spoke and took care of 3 different people in the inner lane and never spoke a word to me. I'm furious.
