Viktor is an angel, turned a very old carpet, with stubborn stains in something amazing. I was desperate and he saved the situation, it looks like another house now. Careful to every little detail did an excellent job. I highly recommend him, very professional, he deserves 5 stars

Absolutely fabulous job cleaning our 2 sofas.. we were considering buying new and so glad we didn't. After being cleaned they literally look fabulous again. Viktor was super courteous and professional from responding quickly to my original enquiry to being prompt for the appointment. He was kind and understanding enough to postpone our original date because of a health issue on my part without any problem. I presented him with two very dirty carpets I’m ashamed to say, one with a very large and stubborn stain from when our dog was ill. Viktor is very knowledgeable about what kinds of solutions to use and I’m amazed with the results. Two as good as new carpets which has saved me the expense of replacing them. The service provided by Viktor was outstanding! We needed an emergency carpet cleaning service after a visiting dog 'misbehaved' on our cream carpets. Viktor came within the hour and worked arduously to totally clean and renew our carpets. He managed to remove all of the stains (and there were many) left by our visitng dog and restored our carpets to a pristine condition. We cannot praise Viktor enough for his outstanding work. We were moving into a new house and the carpets needed cleaning, so we rented a rug doctor and that made it worse because it was dumping dirty water. We contacted Viktor for advice and he responded very quickly and politely. He came to the house and described the treatment he thought had the best chance of working. He was clear and honest and said that it might not work because of the amount of damp that had been retained. Because it was the carpet in our baby's room we decided to replace it. Thanks to Viktor's honesty about the low probability of saving the existing carpet, we feel he have made the right choice. However, we were so impressed with Viktor's knowledge and professionalism that we felt we should leave him a positive review as we would definitely recommend him to anyone needing carpets or upholstery cleaned.
