After being a customer for over 20 years and with recent price rises I decided to text Aqua to say I wanted to cancel. It was almost two price rises within just over a year. The clean of my windows only took 10 minutes of that but the double increase was too much. Cancelled my service and not a word back Saying thank you for your custom or anything. Just goes to show the value of existing customers.
