15 min in a queue, additional 40min for the collection of my medication ,this is really bad management. The staff is more than happy to get rid of you and will always ask you to go to a different pharmacy. If you say, you come back later in the afternoon, you have to wait again over 20min , because the prescription is still not ready ,after 4 hours . Long story short, they are unprofessional and have a lack of manners.

One star because I can't give no stars. Always, always a long long wait. At least 25 mins at best. Receive a text to say script ready, stand in queue for 23 minutes to be told it's not ready and they have 2 items to put in. Take a seat and wait. How long does it take to put 2 items in a bag? Sat waiting for another 10 minutes.... why? Staff could at least apologise for the wait and smile at you. The manager of the pharmacy needs to take responsibility for the bad customer service. Only one or two of the ladies behind the desk actually smile. Not surprised really considering they have to look at the faces of disgruntled, fed up 'customers' all day every day.

Do not use this place , customers service is an absolute joke. After queuing for 1 hour for prescription was told to come back next day at lunch and the prescription will be ready just to come back next day queue for another hour and to be told the prescription is not ready and the pharmacist is busy and have to wait another hour for the prescription to be checked. On a previous occasion I was told the medication on my prescription in not available just to come back and find out that it has been misplaced and it is actually available. Also medication has been missing on numerous times luckily I have checked it before leaving and requested it . The staff is very unhelpful and unprofessional. Very disappointed with the service .

Always get the prescription through promptly via this store rather than the previous pharmacy. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Yes you may have to wait, like most pharmacies in a supermarket. Opening hours are very good

Service is slow as anything. Done a revamp but need a faster turn around if I'm honest. Never answer there phones. Text to say they cannot dispense medication but don't tell you what. Will certainly be changing to a more reliable and faster service.

Tesco pharmacy Bletchley. Extremely poor service. Expect to wait at least 25 minutes even in a short queue. Pharmacists and assistants are very slow. They have a phone number but you cannot get through to check if they have supplies. I would give them half a star if was possible.

only use this pharmacy if you are desperate , its so slow its unbelivable , only ever one person serving , iv waited upto 20 mins before now and when you finally get nearer the front the person in front of you then starts to question all their meds so you have to wait even longer whilst the staff member faffs about with them and thats just to hand a prescription in never mind wait the 20 to 25 minutes it takes them to dispense it , its never any different on the very occasional times iv had to use it . they really need more staff to serve on the counter or at least a seperate bit for collecting and handing scripts in ,but its been like this for over two years now and i cant see it ever happening

Your pharmacy department needs a complete overhaul. The service is as slow as a snail. It’s ridiculous every time I visit. There is always a queue and fine if it moves promptly but you need more staff! Beyond frustrating - even when your prescription is ready you have to queue to collect it. There needs to be a collection only point. They often forget to text me also when my prescription is ready which causes great delays.
