First time using Dirty Windows and I couldn't be more impressed. The whole process was really easy to arrange, and Sophie guided me through everything from start to finish. We needed our windows cleaned urgently, and she managed to get us booked in the very same day we enquired. A few hours later, on a Saturday evening at around 6pm, Michael arrived and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, professional, and the windows look spotless. I booked a (long overdue) gutter cleaning service. Michael was friendly and personable. Despite the hot weather he got the job done thoroughly and explained everything he had done at the end. My so called “white” UPVC soffets and gutters were in a extremely dirty condition, I scoured the internet and came across Dirty windows and spoke to a man called Michael who said he would come round the following day, which he did. An extremely nice guy, very friendly and professional, what he achieved with the clean was very impressive, to the point that we have booked him to come and clean the windows on a regular basis. Would have no hesitation in recommending Michael to my friends and family. Worthy of 5 stars.
