Ashley was great representative for your company- polite and friendly. I wasn't very hopeful that the carpets would clean up well but the cleaning products and the machines used, worked their magic and now we won't need to replace the carpets! So pleased I booked you- will definitely be rebooking next year and recommending to friends and family. ❤️

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. They were professional, incredibly helpful, and so friendly throughout the whole process. The carpets look amazing, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the pricing was brilliant and offered excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable carpet cleaner.

We used Jaimie from ProClean Bath and Wiltshire after my wife unexpectedly gave birth at home, which left some blood stains on the carpet. Jaimie arrived quickly and did an amazing job removing all the stains, including some we honestly didn’t think would come out. When one of the stains later started to reappear, he came back and treated it again free of charge. The carpet now looks as good as new. Excellent service, great results, and we’d highly recommend Jaimie.

Jamie was friendly and informative. The whole process was explained straightforwardly. The job was done very well and quickly. The carpets were left only damp. Communication was good and the appointment booked easily. I will certainly use ProClean again and recommend them to others.

Had my carpet, big rug and 3 seater sofa clean for the first time. I had a lovely chap come out who was very respectful to our home and listened to what I wanted. The chap clean my sofa but I could still see a cupple of mark so I showed him he said no problem at all I will go over the whole sofa again with no attitude at all . The sofa ,carpet and rug came up beautiful not only dose my house smell so different but our carpet feel so different under our feet . I company messaged me with a very good quote if I had any questions or if I wanted to add anything else , all so different treatments, was very easy to book in and revise booking reminders too . Thank you so much
